At The Kingdom of Children Bilingual Preschool, we are committed to providing a comprehensive, enriching, and developmentally appropriate education for children starting at 18 months through Kindergarten. Our curriculum blends STREAMming, The Creative Curriculum, and the Reggio Emilia approach, creating a well-rounded learning experience that supports each child’s growth and development in a bilingual environment.

Educational Approaches

Our educational approach is built on three proven pedagogical models, each carefully chosen to encourage creativity, critical thinking, and a love of learning:

• STREAMming (Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Art, Math, and Music): This integrated approach connects multiple disciplines to foster problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration. STREAMming helps children develop essential skills for the future by engaging them in hands-on activities that encourage curiosity and exploration in areas such as science, technology, engineering, and art.

• Reggio Emilia Approach: Focused on the belief that children are active learners, the Reggio Emilia approach emphasizes exploration, creativity, and self-expression. Learning is child-directed, with educators acting as facilitators. The environment is considered the "third teacher," offering rich opportunities for discovery and collaboration. Through project-based learning, children engage deeply with their interests and develop critical thinking skills that will serve them throughout their lives.

• Creative Curriculum: This curriculum is designed to nurture creativity, social interaction, and problem-solving skills in young children. It focuses on individualized learning that meets each child’s developmental needs. Children are encouraged to learn through play, exploration, and structured activities, helping them build a strong foundation in literacy, numeracy, and emotional growth.

Age-Based Programs

We offer a range of age-specific programs to support the unique developmental needs of each child. Our programs provide a safe, nurturing, and bilingual environment where children can explore, learn, and grow at their own pace.

• Younger Toddlers (18-24 months): For our youngest learners, focusing on sensory exploration, early language development, and social skills.
• Older Toddlers (2-3 years): Emphasizing motor skills, language development, and early problem-solving abilities.
• Preschool (3-4 years): Building foundational knowledge through play, hands-on learning, and social interaction.
• Younger Preschool (4-5 years): Preparing children for kindergarten with a focus on literacy, numeracy, and emotional development.
• Kindergarten (5 years): Focusing on advanced literacy, math, and social skills to prepare children for primary school.
