The Kingdom of Children works with all staff that are fully qualified, trained, and certified. All staff at The Kingdom of Children is required to have a full background check with an annual screening certifying them to freely work with the care of our children.
Owner: Mrs. Maria
Bio: Mrs. Maria is the founder and owner of The Kingdom of Children Bilingual Preschool. Born and raised in Peru and migrated to the United States. Mrs. Maria met and is married to Mr. Eric in 2001 and has a beautiful daughter. She and her family reside in the state of Virginia.
Mrs. Maria graduated in Early Child Education Development. Mrs. Maria is also a Virginia State Notary and has diplomacy in Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning difficulties and behavioral modification and a master’s degree in Pedagogy in Montessori Children's Specialty plus University degree.
Director: Mrs. Liza Hill
Liza Hill is the Director of The Kingdom of Children Bilingual Preschool. She holds a degree in Education and a CDA (Child Development Associate) credential. Additionally, she has developed an intergenerational program designed for center directors. Liza is also certified in Virginia Pre-service Training for Child Care Staff, which is a crucial requirement for state regulations in Virginia.
Her training includes specialized courses in Keep Children Healthy and Safe: Air Quality for Center Directors. Liza is a highly qualified professional in early childhood education and holds the MAT (Medications Administration Training) certification, allowing her to serve both as a teacher and as a director.
Liza is deeply committed to the well-being of our children, fostering an environment of love and learning. Her high-quality, bilingual, and enriching educational approach supports the academic, social, moral, and emotional development of the children and their families. Her leadership ensures that every child receives a comprehensive and top-tier educational experience, backed by her passion and dedication.
Physical Education Teacher: Mr. Alfredo
Bio: Mr. Alfredo is certified as a Physical Education teacher from Elementary through High school from his native country Peru. He migrated to the United States and is residing in the state of Virginia.
